Businesses may purchase a NorfolkTrades membership to create and maintain a business listing on the platform.

NorfolkTrades reserves the right to amend membership pricing, features, benefits, and services where necessary.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
By purchasing a membership, you agree to pay the applicable membership fee and any recurring payments associated with your chosen subscription.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information remains accurate and up to date.
Failure to maintain a valid payment method may result in the suspension or removal of membership benefits.
Memberships may be cancelled at any time.
If a membership is cancelled, the listing and membership benefits will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
No further payments will be taken after cancellation.
Membership fees are paid in advance and are non-refundable once a billing period has begun.
NorfolkTrades reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion in cases involving duplicate payments, billing errors, or exceptional circumstances.
Businesses are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to NorfolkTrades is accurate, lawful, and up to date.

Business names
Contact details
Website links
Social media links
Images and videos
Business descriptions
Reviews and responses
Service information
NorfolkTrades does not verify every listing and cannot guarantee the accuracy of information provided by users.
NorfolkTrades provides a platform that allows users to post jobs and connect with businesses.
NorfolkTrades does not guarantee:
The accuracy of job postings
The availability of businesses
That a job will receive responses
That a business will secure work
The quality of services provided by businesses
Any agreement entered into between customers and businesses is solely between those parties.
NorfolkTrades accepts no responsibility for disputes, claims, losses, damages, or issues arising from work arranged through the platform.
Users are responsible for all content they submit to NorfolkTrades.

Comments
Images
Videos
Job postings
Listing information
Messages and submissions

Where an account, listing, or membership is suspended or terminated due to a breach of these Terms, no refund will be provided.
NorfolkTrades provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
While reasonable efforts are made to maintain the website and its services, NorfolkTrades does not guarantee uninterrupted access, availability, or accuracy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NorfolkTrades shall not be liable for:
